    Happiness Info

Post  Jessica Steele on Thu May 31, 2012 10:48 pm

Before reading this, please not that you only need to track the Happiness of a Pokémon that requires a Happiness Evolution or has been Traded/Adopted.

Happiness is a measurement of how much a Pokémon loves its Trainer and enjoys being in their care. Happiness will also affect the evolutions of certain Pokémon and it will also measure if angry or traded Pokémon will obey its new Trainer. Certain events increase a Pokémon's happiness or decrease it.

Plus One Point for being sent into battle.
Plus One Point for Eating a Level Four PokéBlock or Poffin.
Plus One Point for eating a PokéBlock or Poffin flavor that they are indifferent to.
Plus Two Points for eating a PokéBlock or Poffin flavor that they love.
Plus Three Points for winning a battle.
Plus Three Points for leveling up.
Plus Various Points for eating a Snack Item. See item description for the number.
Minus One Point for fainting or losing a battle.
Minus One Point for Eating a Level One PokéBlock or Poffin.
Minus Two Points for eating a PokéBlock or Poffin flavor that they hate.
Minus Three Points for any physical abuse by the Trainer.
Minus Various Points for using a bitter medicine. See item description for the number.

Pokémon who evolve via Happiness will evolve when they obtain fifty Happiness Points. Also, please note that Happiness is reset when a Pokémon is traded.
